Dove

My husband decided he wanted to have his own birds. He built this wonderful cage that went through the first summer adding something very special to our yard. The sounds are so soothing. We added some plastic sheeting around the top half to block cold weather and winds and left the cage out all winter. The doves are laying and hatching a few eggs. We are still learning how to raise them.

They are hatching and raising quite a few offspring.

We have two colors and are getting both along with the blended one above.
